Art Everyday

In 1992, the artist Rirkrit Tiravanija created a conceptual artwork at a commercial gallery in NYC. The piece was called Untitled (Free) and consisted of the artist making a serving rice and curry to gallery visitors for free. MoMa recently recreated the work of art and has a great video that gets to the heart of what makes this work so special.
