Art Basel Miami Beach officially begins today (although some of the satellite fairs have been open for a few days now). One of the largest art world events, Art Basel Miami Beach is exhausting and overwhelming, but also glamorous and exciting. There's some really great art and some really terrible art to be seen. Some people love Art Basel Miami Beach and the accompanying satellite fairs and some people hate it. Having only been once, I haven't made up my mind about it yet.
